Fast delivery time we’ll packaged and a hour window for time of delivery, couldn’t recommend them higher

Got 2 Fred Perry and 2 boss t shirts from there store this morning. Lovely shop with loads of t shirts to chose from, but more importantly excellent customer service got a bit of a beer belly now so like to try on and am dead fussy about the fit, the gent who served me was great and made it actually enjoyable, a normally hate shopping. Definatly be back

Not value for money - first we assumed postage free for full price item as indicated but a spend discount on the site prevented this (misleading). Refund saw £7.50 deducted - no idea why and an email to your help desk was ignored. Very poor service and will not use again.

Great service package came crisp and clean with a nice little note which I thought was a nice touch. As well as invoice envelope again nice touch when paying for expensive brands you expect a great service and would definitely recommend buying from you.

Ordered Boss shoes, half price, delivered in 2 days, excellent product, quality packaging and lots of communication/ updates on order progress. Can't fault anything, excellent service, highly recommended ?

The product was at a good price with 50 percent off. The product arrived very quickly and I was emailed so I knew each step of the process. The product sadly was too small for me. Return was quick and easy and I was refunded quickly.

Great service and the polo shirt I bought was just as advertised great fit just what I needed a bit retail therapy in lockdown.Always go to the shop for my clothes for the great service you get in there and the online service was great to use.

Every purchase made me nervous when they arrived as I ‘m unsure the size fits or not. Now I know to go one size up for slim fit clothing. I trust northern threads will deliver quality authentic clothings with great competitive prices. Stay safe guys.

1st time order. Website and ordering process was easy to complete. However postage costs of £6 to put in a non padded plastic DPD envelope with 5 day delivery is way over the top and there are many other outlets you. An go to at more more reasonable rates. I get that in the shop you get amazing customer service but online beyond the glossy website and item price the only other stand out point is postage and sadly it lets the company down

Used Northern Threads a few times, delivery times are as stated and prices are competitive. However this time they have sent me a faulty product, a pair of Adidas gazelle indoors with the sole all buckled and very noticeable. The quality isn't their fault but surely someone checks the product before sending them out? This won't put me off giving them another chance but the product ordered was a birthday present so had to leave someone disappointed.

Thanks for the quick delivery. I ordered the same trainers 3 weeks ago from tessuti and between them and the courier hermes they managed to lose them. They are a birthday present for today so it's safe to say you've saved the day. I will be using Northern threads more regularly from now on. Thanks again.

I ordered an XXL top and shoes, the top delivered was a XL top.
I took the top back to the shop and was told i had to send the top back by post, due to it being a web order.
As this would incur further postage costs and i had already paid £6 postage for a top that was the wrong size, i gave the top to my son.
I will never order online again.

Local to me, Northern Threads is in South Shields. I’ve visited in store and have a great selection of Men’s designer wear and used the online service , and through this pandemic. from ordering to receiving the items was very quick. The quality of items is as described, very good from the brands you expect.

I ordered a Sale garment that’s was a fantastic price.I ordered it late at night and it arrived less than 48 hrs later,the seller kept me informed of the order and it’s progress.Northern Threads were a pleasure to deal with.Will use again now I know you’re there.
